A clear path from
problem to progress.

Discovery and development are remote-first. We define the need together, set clear expectations, and build toward an agreed outcome.

Six steps.
No black box.

01

Talk

An initial conversation about the operational problem, who experiences it, and what is getting in the way.

02

Discover

Remote-first discovery to understand the people, workflow, constraints, and desired outcome.

03

Propose

A clear project proposal defining scope, pricing, responsibilities, and expected delivery.

04

Build

Iterative development focused on the approved operational need and informed by regular feedback.

05

Deploy

Deployment into the agreed environment, generally an agency-controlled cloud account.

06

Support

Optional ongoing maintenance and technical support when your agency needs a technical partner.

Your environment.
Your control.

The agency generally hosts the system in its own cloud environment. The agency owns and controls the cloud account and its data.

Hosting arrangements depend on project requirements. We discuss the right environment, access model, and deployment responsibilities during discovery.

Access with
accountability.

Any IRON43 support access should be agency-approved, use a separate account, be auditable, be protected by MFA, and be revocable by the agency.

Important contextThese controls are practical access expectations. They do not, by themselves, create regulatory compliance.

What’s not
working?

Tell us about an operational problem your agency is dealing with. We’ll determine whether software can solve it.
